Returns
Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
